Thryptomene saxicola ‘Paynes Hybrid’

A small, spreading, evergreen shrub with arching branches and tiny, aromatic leaves crowded along the stem. In winter and spring this shrub is almost completely covered in a mass of pink flowers. Ideal for rockeries, borders and containers. Flowers can be cut for indoor decoration. Grows approximately 1m high x 1.5m wide.

Easily grown in a moist, well-drained soil in a sunny to semi-shaded position. Tolerates periods of dryness and light frosts. Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.
