Podocarpus henkelii (Henkel’s Yellowwood)

South African tree with a large, pyramidal-growing form. Shiny, dark-green, narrow leaves clothe the pendent branches. New spring shoots are a bright salmon-pink. Grows to 5m high x 3m wide in 10 years.

Full sun to semi-shade. Moist, free draining soil. Protect from heavy frosts and very strong winds.
