Deutzia ‘Compact Pink’
Delightful, deciduous shrub with graceful, arching branches covered in bright green foliage spring through autumn where it takes on an attractive burgundy shade. Produces, small semi-pendulous clusters of single, pink flowers with white centres in spring. Compact, bushy habit growing approximately 1.5m x 1.5m.
Best grown in a sunny to partly shaded position with moist, well drained soil. Tolerant of drought once established, and grows in most soils including clay. Frost hardy and coastal tolerant. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain compact, bushy growth.
