An older selection of Satsuma mandarin which is more vigorous and early ripening (late autumn, early winter). Large, high quality, seedless fruit. Flesh is juicy with a sweet, tangy flavour. Compact, evergreen shrub ideal for small gardens and container growing. Grows approximately 2.5m tall x 2m wide after 8 years unpruned.

Full sun in fertile, well drained soil. Suitable for mild regions. Tolerates temps to around -5°C. Protect from hard frost. Water regularly during hot, dry spells. Fertilise regularly from spring to mid-summer.
