View Enspray 99
200ml, 500ml, & 300ml RTU

Grosafe Enspray 99 Oil is a Biogro-registered organic. It is the finest high-tech mineral oil available to home gardeners. It provides very good control of aphids, thrips, whitefly, mites, scale, and mealy bug.

Historically, the main use has been as a clean-up spray for overwintering forms of insects on deciduous fruit trees, However this high-grade oil is safe to use on most crops for control of sucking insects. It has proven effective for control of whitefly on citrus.

It is not a poison and kills by smothering action.

  • Rated – Essential
  • Nil withholding period on food crops. (Wash well)
  • Safe to bees.
  • In most situations, Enspray 99 Oil is the best, safest, lowest cost option for controlling sucking insects mentioned.

Available instore but
not online at this time.

Naturally Neem is based on an extract from the neem tree (azidirachton) which has insecticidal properties.

Naturally Neem controls most common sucking insects in the garden – aphids, thrips, mites, white fly, psyllids, mealy bug & scale. It does not control caterpillars or beetles. Naturally Neem is safe to bees once the spray has dried on the plant. Do not spray when bees are present and active.

In most situations, Enspray 99 Oil is more cost effective. However Naturally Neem has a place where there is a heavy infestation and complete coverage with Enspray 99 Oil spray is more difficult and is sometimes softer on plants with tender foliage.

  • Rated – Useful at times.
  • Nil withholding period on food crops. (Wash well)
  • Safe to bees once spray has dried on the plant.
  • The only registered Neem product approved for use on food crops.
(Other Neem products may contain the highly toxic impurity – aflatoxin and should not be used).

View Free Flo Copper
100g & 200g

Grosafe Free Flo Copper is a high-grade form of copper hydroxide, especially developed for control of PSA in the Kiwifruit industry. Grosafe Free Flo Copper is used in a number of situations.

  • Winter – early spring application to pip and stone fruit as a protectant spray.
  • For diseases of sub-tropical fruits – avocado, citrus, passionfruit.
  • For control of blights, leaf spots and downy mildew, plus bacterial spots of tomatoes, potatoes, celery, beans, peas, and strawberries.
  • Leaf spots and downy mildew on roses and ornamentals.

Grosafe Free Flo Copper is a fine, dispersible granule which pours freely and can be measured like a liquid. 5 grams equals 5mls.

  • Rated – Essential
  • Nil withholding period on food crops. (Wash well)
  • Safe to bees.
  • By far the most cost effective copper product available to home gardeners.

Botry-Zen is a powdered form of Ulocladium oudemansii – a natural fungus which colonises the fruiting area preventing pathogenic rotting fungi or bacteria from establishing. Non-invasive and causes no damage to live plant tissue.

Botry-Zen is effective against botrytis, sclerotinia and brown rot fungal diseases plus some bacterial diseases such as PSA. Approved for use on berry fruit, stone fruit, grapes, avocados and kiwifruit.

An excellent option for edible food crops and situations where Fungus Fighter is unsuitable to use.

  • Rated – Useful at times.
  • Nil withholding period on food crops. (Wash well)
  • Certified organic, non-toxic, environmentally friendly & bee safe.

Available instore but
not online at this time.

DE-BUG (Diatomaceous Earth) is a natural, abrasive, powdered form of fossilised shells. The powder absorbs lipids from the waxy layer of insect exoskeletons, cracking the joints open and causing them to die very quickly from dehydration.

Effective to kill and control sucking, chewing & crawling insects such as slugs, snails, caterpillars, moths, earwigs, beetles, fruit flies, aphids, borers, thrips, ants, etc. DEBUG is especially useful for treatment of caterpillars, where other pesticides struggle.

DE is in an incredibly versatile resource and more effective than other options. Apply by lightly dusting the affected area, or dissolve into water and apply as a spray at 4gm per litre.

  • Rated – Useful at times.
  • Nil withholding period on food crops.
  • Certified organic, non-toxic, environmentally friendly & bee friendly.

Tui Quash is based on the common garden fertiliser – chelated iron. It is of very low toxicity, safe to use where pets roam, and breaks down into fertiliser.

Not as fast acting as metaldehyde baits such as Blitzem, or as long lasting as Baysol, but provides good control with total peace of mind.

  • Not Organic – Quash is the most natural and environmentally friendly product to manage slugs & snails.
  • Rated – Essential
  • Safer to pets & wildlife.
  • Lasts longer in damp conditions.
