Sollya heterophylla – Australian Bluebell

Elegant, climbing shrub that will trail over fences, banks, or walls. Small, long, glossy, bright green leaves on wiry, twining stems. Graceful, brilliant blue, bell-like flowers in summer. Use as a small climber or a low hedge.

Best in a warm, sunny site with well drained soils. Prefers a good, loamy soil. Tolerates coastal conditions and frost, though protect from particularly harsh exposure.
