Rosmarinus officinalis

Upright evergreen shrub with fragrant leaves and brilliant blue flowers which bees love.  The leaves and stems are used in cooking, especially with meat, potato and vegetable dishes, salads, vinegars and oils, as well as in fruit drinks.  It has antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties.  It also makes an excellent hair rinse and is a good skin toner.  Full sun, free-draining soil. 1.5m H x 1m W.
