A slow growing, small, compact, evergreen tree grown as a 110cm standard topiary. It produces velvety, brown buds in spring followed by large, rounded, perfumed clusters of creamy white, 10cm flowers in summer. They have prominent yellow stamens. A most exciting, sought after plant. Grows approximately 3 x 3m in 10 years. Clips well into a hedge.
Full sun position with, well drained, moist, acidic soil. Protect from heavy frosts.
