Cuphea llavea ‘Tiny Mice’

A stunning little plant that smothers itself in bright red, tubular flowers with tiny, black ‘mouse ears’ at the base. Flowers through the summer. Grows wonderfully in pots and containers. A wide, bushy shrub growing to approximately 50cm high x 80cm wide. Trims well.

Grows best in full sun with well drained soil. Suitable for coastal conditions with some protection from harsh winds. Lightly fertilise and trim in early spring. In cold climates, Cuphea will die back to the ground but reshoot in spring.
