A form of Michelia yunnanensis with rounded, deep green leaves. Small, evergreen tree with a neat, pyramidal form, grown as a 110cm standard topiary. Produces a charming massed display of fragrant, creamy-white, single flowers over a long period from early-spring. Ideal for hedging, pruning into any shape, or growing as a specimen tree. Grows approximately 4m high x 3m wide in 10 years.

Prefers a sunny position with well drained soil. Mulching is beneficial. Watering is beneficial during periods of prolonged drought. After flowering, clip to shape and size.
