Liquidambar styraciflua (American Sweet Gum)

Forms a stately, pyramidal tree with rugged, corky bark. Large, glossy, green, maple-shaped leaves which change in autumn to brilliant shades of red, orange, yellow and purple. A large-growing, deciduous tree. Grows approximately 7m high x 5m wide in 10 years.

Full sun with well drained soils.
