Gardenia jasminoides ‘Professor Pucci’ 

Evergreen shrub with large, glossy, green foliage. A strong and vigorous bush rarely without buds or blooms. Bears very fragrant, pure white flowers, approximately 8cm in diameter, late spring. Great as a specimen plant, or as beautiful and fragrant hedging. Grows approximately 1.8m high x 1.5m wide.

Full sun to part shade position. Prefers rich, slightly acidic, free draining soil. Water thoroughly through dry spells. Mulching is beneficial. Tolerant of light frosts.

This plant is grown as a topiary standard – with a tall, bare stem and a rounded, shapeable ball of foliage at the top.
