Anethum graveolens

Dill leaves are an excellent addition to salads, eggs, fish, pickles, and vinegars, while the seeds are used in Europe to flavour breads and sausages.  The seeds are also used for soothing digestive discomforts in both adults and children.  Dillis a biennial and will flower in its second year, attracting beneficial insects. Full sun, well-drained, but moist soil.  60cm H x 45cm W.
