Bambusa textilis ‘Gracilis’ (Fairy Bamboo)

Dense, clump-forming, cane grass. Long, narrow canes with delicate, light green foliage. Evergreen. Has an extremely graceful, dainty habit and adds soft movement to planting schemes. Great for growing as a dense screen or as a feature. Great in large pots. Grows approximately 3m high x 2m wide.

Full sun position in moist soils. Very tolerant of most conditions and this one doesn’t sucker. Once mature, Bambusa is tolerate to a moderate frost, coastal conditions and wind. Does require protection while young.
