Aster novi-belgii ‘Royal Ruby’ (Michaelmas Daisy)

A lovely, little daisy to bring late summer/autumn colour to your garden. This fast-growing aster provides long-lasting colour in perennial borders, rock gardens, and in mixed containers. It produces masses of ruby-red, nectar-rich flowers, which will attract birds and butterflies to the garden. Great for cut flowers. Will grow approximately 35cm high x 60cm wide.

Happiest in a sunny position. Requires well drained soil that does dry out completely. Extremely hardy. Generally easy care. Trim on a regular basis to shape. Remove spent blooms to prolong flowering. Divide plants every 2 to 3 years.
