Coprosma Cappuccino-PVR

$23.99

‘Cappuccino’ is a new Coprosma cultivar that features mahogany-coloured foliage and an incredibly compact, upright growth habit. The small leaves are rich chocolate-brown in summer and darken even further in winter, providing stunning contrast against pale walls and backdrops. Plants make ideal pot specimens and are perfect for borders and hedges. In the garden, Coprosma ‘Cappuccino’ grows 150cm high and 50cm across however, with clipping, it can be kept as low as 75cm.

Prefers a full sun position for best colour, but will tolerate partial shade. Suitable for most soil types as long as they’re well drained. Easy to grow and suitable for coastal planting. Will not tolerate severe frost or poor drainage. Benefits from a regular trim to encourage lush new growth and compact habit. Prune to desired shape. An annual dressing of slow release fertiliser will ensure colour intensity.
