Sweet Peas are a traditional garden favourite producing sweetly perfumed flowers on long stems. My Navy is a choice variety. It has extraordinarily dark navy-blue, frilly flowers which mix well with paler colours. Plants will require support to allow them to climb.

• Uses: Excellent for picking and garden displays. Grow on trellis or arches.
