Spiraea nipponica ‘Snowmound’ 

Round clusters of small, white flowers spectacularly smother the stems during summer. Small, deciduous shrub, dense and mounded growth with gracefully aching branches. Blue-green foliage developing brilliant autumn foliage before dropping leaves in winter. Grows approximately 1 – 1.5m rounded shrub.

Grows well in well drained soils with full sun. Appreciates light shade from harsh afternoon sun in hot climates. Tolerates clay soils and is drought hardy once established. Lightly prune after flowering.
