Rose Bush – Pride of Palmy

‘Pride of Palmy’ is a deep, golden-yellow hybrid tea on long stems, making it ideal for picking. It will often have a slight orange highlight on the outside of the petal. It is one of the first roses to bloom in the spring. Flowers are set off by very deep green, glossy foliage with good disease resistance. Compact growth habit, growing to approximately 1.1m high.

For best results plant in a sunny or lightly shaded, airy position in any well drained soil. Keep well watered in drier weather and avoid wetting foliage excessively as this can encourage disease. Mulching is beneficial. Fertilise late winter through summer. Prune hard in winter.
