Soft lavender-mauve blooms, paling at the centre with yellow spotting. Handles more sun than most Rhododendron varieties. Flowers in October. Vigorous grower that can be trimmed well into a hedge form. Grows approximately 2m.

A sunny position with part shade is ideal. Plant in well drained, moist, acidic soil. Keep well watered through hot, dry periods. Mulching is beneficial. Fertilise with acid food spring through autumn.
