An erect-growing hybrid Protea. Has silvery-green flowers with black beard. Flowers predominantly late Autumn to early Spring. Grows approximately 2m high x 1.5m wide.

It is suited to open, sunny situations in a free draining soil. Performs best in poor, acidic soil. Drought tolerant and suitable for coastal conditions. Frost hardy once established,  protect young plants. Prune to shape after flowering has finished or in mid-spring to enhance flowering the next year. Avoid phosphate fertilisers.
