A striking, robust hybrid Protea that develops into an erect, bushy plant with grey/green foliage. Size of 2.5 x 2m. The impressive cream bracts are topped with an almost pure white beard. Peak flowering throughout winter, with flowers produced sporadically throughout the year.
An adaptable protea that will grow in most well draining, acidic soils in an open, sunny position. Suitable for coastal conditions and drought-tolerant once established. Ensure newly planted plants receive deep watering once a week during periods of prolonged drought. Prune well in late spring to encourage flower production the following year.
