Prunus salicina – Plum ‘Elephant Heart’

Very large, heart-shaped fruit with dark red, extremely sweet and juicy flesh. Superb, freestone plum. Mid to late season – harvest February/March. Good pollinator. Grows approximately 5m high x 3m wide.

Full sun position with well drained soil. Frost hardy. Protect from wind to promote a better yield. Fertilise in spring and summer. Benefits from mulch.
