A smaller growing, lush, green-leaved flax native to New Zealand. Eventually forms a reasonably compact clump. Extremely good landscaping plant planted en masse. Flower stems appear in summer and will attract birds to your garden. Grows approximately 50 x 50cm.

Best planted in full sun or part shade. Tolerant of most soil types and conditions. Wind and frost tolerant. A very hardy plant requiring very little care. Apply mulch in summer to keep root system moist. Remove finished flower stems at the end of summer.
