Soft golden-green fruit with a relatively squat, rounded shape. Sweet flesh with smooth, melting texture that both eats & stores well.

Requires cross-pollination with any other Pear or Nashi. Naturally smaller growing pear, wonderful for small gardens and pots & containers. Good ornamental qualities. Pears are inherently suitable for espalier training. Grows approximately 3m high x 2m wide in 10 years.

Requires a full sun position for best fruit development. Pears are deep rooted and will grow in most soil types. Tolerant of wet soils in the summer, though not in winter. Pears grow well in cooler areas with mild summers. Shelter from wind and protect new growth from spring frosts.
