The Robinson’s Black Passionfruit is a vigorous, evergreen, climbing plant with bright green foliage. Showy purple and white flowers appear en masse throughout summer. Produces a heavy crop of delicious, deep purple fruit with sweet, orange pulp. The tasty pulp can be used to flavour a range of desserts or can be frozen (if it lasts that long!) or grab a spoon and eat. Great for school lunch boxes.

Requires a sunny warm position with well-drained soil and a supportive structure to grow on. Will tolerate occasional light frosts. Keep moist after planting until established and during the warmer months. Prune in autumn to manage plant growth.
