Ophiopogon japonicus (Green Mondo Grass)

Forms dense clumps with lush green, grass-like foliage. Flowers white to pale lilac in summer, followed by blue berries. Very popular in landscaping with borders or as a mass filling effect. Grows approximately 20 x 20cm. Will spread but quite slowly.

Suits any light from full sun to full shade. Suits most soil types but performs best in well drained soils. Drought tolerant once established. Handles frost and coastal conditions.
