Metrosideros robusta ‘Kawa Copper’ (Northern Rata)

Selected for the coppery stems and tones which hold in new growth. It grows in a relatively upright form with a good, bushy, stocky habit. Small, deep green leaves. Produces deep blood-red flowers in summer that attract birds and bees. Grows approximately 5m high x 3m wide.

Full sun to part shade. Very tough and hardy. Tolerant of all soil types including both wet and dry conditions. Frost hardy and suitable for coastal conditions.
