Liriope muscari ‘Samantha’

Evergreen perennial with strappy, green leaves. Produces small spikes of hyacinth-like flowers in summer and autumn with a lovely, soft shade of pale lavender-toned pink. Very hardy clumping plant which tolerates most conditions. Wonderful filler or mass-planted edging. Great in rockeries and pots and containers. Grows approximately 30cm high x 40cm wide.

Grows in full sun or part shade. Performs best in well drained soils but it quite tolerant of drought and wet conditions. Frost hardy and indifferent to wind. Suits coastal conditions.
