Gladiolus ‘Mojito’
‘Mojito’ has beautiful, lavender blooms with deeper tones at the petals’ edge. Flowers are marked with a single white stripe in the throat. Tall, slender stems holding flowers 80 – 120cm high. Flowering early summer. Attractive clumps of bright grey-green, erect, sword-like foliage.
Full sun position with well drained soil. Plant between July and November. A good dressing of fertilizer is recommended each Spring. Gladioli tend to be top-heavy with shallow root systems. Support may be necessary to keep the flowerheads upright. Plants should be protected from wind.
