Fast growing, evergreen shrub producing masses of delightful, small, lightly scented, scarlet-red flowers for most of the year from early spring to late autumn. Attractive to bees. Firm, glossy, green foliage gently textured. Grows approximately 2 x 2m, and can be kept trimmed as low at 75cm. We recommend planting 3 plants per metre for hedging for a good, dense effect.

Full sun to partial shade. Hardy to various soil conditions other than wet. Salt tolerant and thrives in high winds.
