Moderately vigorous, upright, deciduous shrub. Excellent grown in a container on the deck where you can harvest and eat directly! Self fertile, but yields increase when two or more are planted. Grows approximately 1.5-2m high x 1.5m wide.
Large, firm, low-acidic berries ripening from late December to February. Great as a healthy juice, or equally tasty in jams and pies. Antioxidant loaded and very rich in vitamin C.
Full sun. Plant in well drained soil. For an extra good start, incorporate compost to the soil and mulch after planting to support a healthy root system. Less chilling required, grows where raspberry grow. Prune late winter. Fertilise in early autumn.
