Tall, thick, sausage-shaped, blue-green stems. Leafless for most of the year, producing unusual shaped foliage in winter. Grows 30-40cm tall with spreading rhizomes underground.
Grow in part sun outdoors in a frost free position. Can also be grown indoors or on a patio with plenty of light exposure. Water only when dry. Drought tolerant.
