Magnificent clear red, medium, formal double blooms, produced early to late season on a vigorous, upright, compact plant. Suitable for general gardens, containers, espalier or bonsai. Ideal for screening and can be closely clipped. Height of 2m x 1.2m.

Plant in cool, moist, lime-free soil. Camellias are quite hardy, happy in full sun or part shade. Protect from high winds. Tolerates light frosts. Apply acidic fertiliser, compost and/or peat moss to improve pH of soil. Mulch roots in summer to keep cool and retain moisture.
