Beaucarnia recurvata – Ponytail Palm

The Ponytail palm is a hardy plant producing an unusual swollen trunk with a mass of narrow, strap-like leaves. The leaves spray from the top of the trunk, resembling a ponytail hairstyle.

Prefers a full sun position and will tolerate most soil conditions. Liquid fertilise in growing season. Will tolerate periods of dryness once established. More tolerant of underwatering than underwatering.

Sold in a 11cm diameter pot. Image is an example of product and slight variations are to be expected.
