Aechmea Primera is a stunning bromeliad species with silver markings and a pink flower.

Prefers a warm, bright position but not full sun. Best grown as a container plant in well drained potting mix. Keep the centre foliage filled with water, and mist occasionally. Feed regularly, but at very reduced rates.
