Acer palmatum dissectum ‘Stella Rosa’ (Japanese Weeping Maple)

An excellent, dark red weeping maple with finer leaves. Deep pink-red new growth followed by dark purple to red tones in the summer that holds it’s colour well. Bright red autumn colour. Grows approximately 3m x 3m in 10 years.

Suitable for a full sun to part shade position with protection from blistering afternoon sun. Perfect in sheltered spots, protect from hot, dry and coastal wind. Plant in fertile, moist, well drained soil.
