Lovely, rounded trusses of stunning, deep, dark red Rhodo with black speckling. Bred in New Zealand. Flowers in November. More sun tolerant than other Rhododendrons. Grows approximately 2m.

A sunny position with part shade is ideal. Plant in well drained, moist, acidic soil. Keep well watered through hot, dry periods. Mulching is beneficial. Fertilise with acid food spring through autumn.
