Chosen for consistent performance in the home garden. Celeriac is grown for its large, bulbous root which has a similar flavour to celery. Remove any side shoots that appear as the bulb grows.

• After Harvest: Use fresh in salads or cooked in soups and stews. Can be mashed.
• Position: Full sun.
• Planting: 30cm apart.
• Maturity: Harvest when bulbs are approx 10cm across.
